So, Betway keep ringing me but when I pick up, it's just dead silence. Honestly, signing up with them was a massive error on my part. They bombard me with texts all the time, even though I’ve sent STOP twice already. I haven’t used their site for ages since they pushed a bonus on me I never wanted and then refused to pay me out when I actually won. These lot are proper scammers. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else, like Paddy Power, if you’re into gambling.

Oh for sure, it's Betway calling me. I've picked up loads of calls from them, and loads of times it's just background office noise with no one speaking. But a few times I did get a person on the line. On the first couple, they just told me I needed to go online and unregister for calls myself. Then on the third call, I told the guy straight up, "Listen, I'm a gambling addict and I have self-excluded from every site, you need to remove my number." He said he wasn’t able to do that. So I replied I’d be reporting them to the gambling ombudsman since I’d already told three separate reps about my addiction and the need to be taken off their list. After that, they finally took me off the call list, funny that!
