Absolutely a scam! These people only get more desperate and sneaky! Complete nasty disgusting cad’s! Never share any details with them! Just tell them your internet’s down or you don’t have any! They’ll try all sorts of rubbish about your router or connection! Total fraudsters! Don’t get caught out! x

Got a call saying there was an issue with my router, but I said everything was fine. They kept pushing though, so I asked which company my router was from. They said Virgin, but I’m actually with BT. Ended up blocking them!
