I received a phone call from someone claiming to be representing BT. They insisted that there were issues with my router and urged me to ring a certain number - supposedly at no cost. However, I interrupted him and stated I would reach out to my service provider directly. Unfortunately, I didn't jot down the number he was trying to provide. In hindsight, I should have, as I could have shared it here for others to see.
