Got a voicemail saying I’d missed a call from my internet company and that they were about to cut off my service in a day or two because of some ‘illegal activity’ on my account. They told me to press 1 to talk to a tech specialist if it wasn’t true. Obviously, I didn’t bother with that bit. Being in IT helps, I guess! If anyone else gets this, just hang up straight away. Don’t hit 1, don’t share any details, it’s all a total con.
