Got a call on my mobile from this number, thought it was spam. Decided to ring it back just to check, but it felt dodgy. An automated voice says "Welcome to the Energy Department" and asks me to press 1 to talk to someone. Tried pressing 1, but the message just kept looping, no one ever picked up. Feels like a scam, could be risky to engage with.
