Got a call saying they would renew my Amazon Prime and take the money straight from my bank.

Got a robo call saying my free month of Amazon Prime was finishing and that I’d be charged £39.99 every month after. Thing is, I’ve never signed up for Amazon Prime at all. Didn’t press any buttons, sounded dodgy to me. Plus they never said my name, which made it even more fishy. Definitely feels like a scam.
