Got a call from someone claiming to be Visa security about a £900 transaction on my card. Thing is, my card’s a Mastercard, not Visa, so that’s already fishy. Plus, the caller wouldn’t name the bank they were supposedly from. No way Visa would ring directly like that - it’d come through your actual bank, not some random number. Looks like a dodgy scam to me. Staying well clear!
