Got a call from someone with a heavy accent claiming I was owed £2900 as compensation or something like that. I couldn’t really catch everything he said because there was loads of noise behind him and it sounded like there were other people talking too. Felt like it was probably some sort of scam.

My phone buzzed, but the call ended abruptly before anyone spoke. There was no introduction or reason given, which definitely raised my eyebrows. We don't recognise the number, and there’s no one we know near here. Kind of makes me think it’s dodgy.
