I've been on the receiving end of a couple of calls from this number, with the caller claiming to be from Domestic and General. The details they shared about my personal account with them were alarming, right down to the specifics of my monthly payments! After each call, I promptly contacted D&G, only to discover that it was nothing but a scam. The woman on the line sounded remarkably convincing and incredibly trustworthy, which made the whole experience all the more unsettling.

If the number’s from way out of the area, I’m almost certain it’s dodgy these days. Honestly, I find it's safer not answering unknown calls at all. Better to be careful than sorry!

Got a call from some lot pretending to be O2, all talking with Indian accents. They used a number that looked like it was from Canterbury to fool folks into thinking it was legit. I asked them if O2 actually had an office there and when they couldn’t answer, I called them out on being scammers - then the call just ended suddenly.

I've been receiving calls claiming to be from 'Microsoft', insisting that my computer is sending out alerts about some corrupt files. It's quite bizarre because the same individual has called me from six different numbers within a mere ten minutes! They say these issues have cropped up over the last three days, but since I was away during that period, I find it all rather dubious. I suspect they're attempting to trick me into downloading something that would grant them access to my computer. Quite concerning, really!
