Looking back over the calls to my landline, I've noticed 01227852658 has rung repeatedly over the last few days. I finally picked up when they called today, and it was clear straight away it was just another scam. Glad I didn’t fall for it, but I worry some people might believe them.

Got a voicemail saying £600 was taken from my bank without my okay, supposedly from abroad. When I tried pressing 1 like it said, nothing happened and then it just cut off.

They tried to scam me by asking for my details, so i just ended the call. If you’re ever unsure, just hang up and ring the number printed on your card statement instead. Don’t give them any info!

Got a call saying £600 was taken from my debit card, and they told me to press one to sort it out. I didn’t reply or anything, just ignored it. Seems dodgy, like they’re after your bank details or something. Not sure who it was though.

watch out for this number! it made me panic because it looked like my bank card was being used. they said some money was being sent abroad, which I’m pretty sure is dodgy. definitely worth checking out more carefully!
