Its always Motorline (main office) in Canterbury ringing me. They run a call centre there for all garages run by the Obee family (basically Motorline). So whether its Toyota, Hyundai, Lexus, Nissan, they all come from the same call centre. Its honestly so annoying. Ive told them before I want to speak to my local garage, but they never seem to understand. Feels like they dont follow GDPR rules at all.

Got my car sorted with a service and MOT done a couple of months back. Just got a text and 4 missed calls telling me it’s time again. Nah, cheers but no. Its the main office for Motorline Group. If youve purchased a Nissan, Toyota, Skoda or something, you should reach out to the local dealership where you got the car and tell them about it. I was getting calls non stop cos their automatic reminder system was messed up. They sorted it out quickly when I told them though, very helpful once you let them know.

Motorline Toyota kept insisting my car needed servicing. I told them it didn't. They claimed their system showed it was due, but I told them their info was off by about 1300 miles. Even after a couple of texts and a letter, they kept pushing with what they called a 'courtesy call'. I politely told them I’m not daft and know exactly when my car’s next service is.
