Got a call saying my internet was at risk and to wait for an expert. Then some bloke with an Indian accent claiming he was from Openreach started rambling about hackers from Nigeria. I asked if they were like Indian hackers, and suddenly he just ended the call. They say they're from Openreach but as far as I know, Openreach don't usually contact people directly. I reckon they want you to set up TeamViewer or something so they can nick your bank info. How come they're allowed to use UK numbers for this? Seems dodgy to me.
