I received a call from a woman with an accent who claimed my Amazon account was about to be terminated. She mentioned that if I pressed option 1, a representative would assist me further. I immediately recognised this as a clear scam since I don't even have an Amazon account! I'm sure pressing 1 could lead to unwanted charges. It's quite alarming, particularly for elderly folks who might fall prey to such tricks.
