Loft insulation replacement? No way I’d let some random caller come round and swap out my perfectly fine insulation just for the sake of it. It’d be a hassle and cost me money for nothing. If you want someone trustworthy, there are loads of proper ways to find a reliable tradesperson - I’d stick to them instead of answering cold calls!
