They were attempting to hawk some sort of security system, insisting it would eradicate a virus that was allegedly stopping my printer drivers from working. I was searching for 123.hp.com on Google and ended up on some fake page. I started a chat online and then a guy called me back, said his name was Jay Dean from HP’s tech support. Sounded legit at first, but then he tried to pitch some security product called "Sisco" to me. The whole mess happened because I never actually got onto the real HP website. The caller claimed he was ringing from Canterbury - total liar and scammer.
