Got a call a few minutes ago, definitely sounded like it came from some call centre but they didn’t say a word.

So this guy named Richard, sounded Asian, rang up from some place called Domestic and General asking for my husband. But he used my name instead, which made me think he didn’t really understand English properly. He kept going on about fixing appliances and stuff. I didn’t even let him finish, told him to stop cos it was a scam. I’ve blocked the number straight away after that.

This guy called saying I was paying £7 a month for TV insurance but he could drop it to £5. When I asked which TV he meant, he didn’t have a clue. I quickly told him he sounded like a scammer and told him to buzz off, not very nicely. Luckily, he hung up straight away.

Got a call from 01227247525 around 12.27 this afternoon. A woman on the other end seemed to know my name and mentioned I was paying £7 for some TV insurance, which isn't true at all. Then the call just cut off. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call on 29th July 2019 just after midday, about 12.05pm. No idea who it was, but strangely they knew my name, which was kinda creepy. When I asked them who they were and why they were calling, they just didn’t say a word. In the end, I had to hang up!
