I got a call from an automated robot claiming to be BT, saying my service was going to be cut off soon. It asked me to press 1 to talk to a service agent or 2 to carry on with the disconnection. I found it suspicious, so I contacted BT myself and they told me it was a scam. Don't fall for it!
