I can't believe these people! They claim to be from some Harrington firm and start off the conversation by calling me “my lovely” - utterly ridiculous and so unprofessional! Apparently, they’re trying to push some PPI reclaim nonsense. When I requested to be taken off their call list, they just threw more rubbish my way and got cheeky with me!
