We had the same thing happen. I told them we’re on the TPS list and said I’d report them if they kept calling, and their reply was that they couldn’t be reported because they supposedly talked to my husband years ago! Which is complete rubbish - they never did!

I got a call from the Mortgage Review Centre about a mortgage they said we were discussing, but we never even spoke to them before. They somehow had both my first name and my wife's, plus our last name. We aren't listed in any directory and we're definitely on the TPS list.
