Had a call from this number today, a woman answered saying something like “I’m not certain who handles this, but maybe you can help?” then she went on with “it’s about your EE account, let’s check what deals you might be eligible for”… I just ended the call and blocked the number before she could try to get any of my details. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

This number has rung me multiple times. The bloke on the line said he was from a firm linked with Vodafone and O2. He mentioned something about my O2 mobile being eligible for a discounted rate since I use it for my small business. To be fair, he did sound quite convincing, but I told him I wasn’t interested. I had a look online and couldn’t find any bad reviews about this number, but honestly, I’m a bit sceptical that big companies like O2 would just offer cheaper deals like that.
