they tried to act clever but i knew right away it was a scam, saying they were from virgin media and there was a problem with my connection. they wanted me to give passwords to "fix" it, but i told them this is not how virgin media works. they never phone you first, you have to ring them yourself, and they dont ask for passwords anyway. be careful, i think theyre trying to steal your login info. dont fall for it!
