This call was definitely a scam. They claimed to be from BT and told me to hit 1 to continue. I ended up speaking to someone who sounded American, which was odd. I told them I wasn’t with BT and questioned them, then said they were a scammer. Right after that, the call just cut off. When I tried ringing back, the line was dead. No doubt, it's just a scam trying to trick people.
