Got a call from this number claiming to be the telephone preference service. I told 'em I wasn’t interested and asked them to stop ringing my home phone. Then they phoned again, saying it was really important and asked to talk to my mum - total cheek! Proper rude they were.

They kept ringing me today after I got missed calls from the same number 5 times yesterday. When I finally answered, they claimed to be from the telephone preference service but then asked for my bank details like sort code and account number - seemed fishy, so I just ended the call. They tried ringing back, but I didn’t pick up.

CLAIMS TO BE REPRESENTING THE PREFERENCE SERVICE, SAYING YOUR CARD DETAILS HAVE EXPIRED AND SEEKS INFORMATION ON A DIFFERENT CARD.
REMEMBER, THE PREFERENCE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. JUST CUT THE CALL SHORT OR, EVEN BETTER, DON’T PICK UP AT ALL!

They kept ringing me today at 2:26, then again at 3:06, 4:02, and once more at 5:50 in the afternoon. Every single time, my call blocker stopped them with the same message but they just wouldn’t give up. Such annoying scam callers!

Got one of those dodgy calls again, but luckily my call blocker caught them straight away. Next time they try, they'll just hear that unreachable tone. Honestly, it’s a proper lifesaver for stopping these scams dead in their tracks - can’t recommend Call Guardian enough!
