Got a call today from someone claiming to be Monza Bank, saying they’d changed my email and account details. Ended the call straight away and phoned Monza myself, who said it wasn’t them. Then 30 minutes later they rang again, same story saying they were from Monza.

Caller was a foreign lady, really hard to get what she was saying. Kept asking just yes or no type questions. Tried to cut in politely but she just kept going non stop. Seemed like she was reading off some sort of script. I blocked her number straight away. Such a pain.
