The email said the card was sent on 11.07.2018 but i never got it. They wanted me to confirm my info by phoning the number 09131240511, but my phone blocked it, saying it was a restricted number. So i used a landline instead. They told me the card would be sent out soon. A few weeks later, i rang back and they said it’d been delivered to another address nearby.
