Someone said they were from Three but that’s definitely not true for this phone number, maybe it’s spoofed or something?

I got a call from someone saying he was Jason from EE. He wanted to know if I was satisfied with their service and then started telling me about a 45% discount on my bills. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he just hung up.
