A guy with a really thick accent rang me and kept repeating the company name, but I just couldn’t catch it. When I asked what the call was regarding, he claimed it was about paying for an extended warranty on appliances. He said the firm had folded and needed my bank details to give me a refund. Total scam, for sure, and honestly could be dangerous for anyone who isn’t on the ball 😠
