Got a call from someone saying they were from national health and social care about my Covid jab. When I told them they were scammers and that national health and social care isn’t an official government department, they just ended the call straight away.

I received a call earlier (here in Suffolk) and decided to send it to voicemail. The message left was simply one word, uttered by a gentleman with a remarkable Indian accent that was exceedingly thick. Regrettably, I couldn't make out what he was trying to convey. It didn’t seem significant in the slightest-most likely just another dodgy spam call that’s best ignored.

This number seems to be a right nuisance! I wouldn't bother picking up if I were you. They're constantly ringing, and it's becoming rather tiresome. Best to just ignore it!

I'm pretty sure this is some sort of scam. When I tried ringing back, it just stuck me in a never-ending call queue. Definitely suspicious.
