Picked up the call, but the woman on the other end was barely audible, I only caught "BT" and "broadband". From what I know, BT never rings up just to check if your broadband’s alright - it’s a hassle enough reaching someone when there is actually a problem! Reckon it’s a dodgy call trying to get your details or pretending there’s a fault to fix, just to bill you some ridiculous amount!
