I had a rather suspicious call from someone named Julie, claiming to be from BT regarding my internet service. When I requested her to verify her identity by providing the last four digits of my BT account number, she just put me on hold. At that point, I decided it was best to end the call. Clever tactic, I thought!

twice now, I've had calls from a woman who wanted to talk to me by name. When I asked who she was, she hung up straight away. She’s called a couple more times since then but I haven’t answered, and there’s never been any voicemail left.
