I haven't got any calls but did get a letter from HSBC saying my savings account would be frozen because I haven't used it in 6 months. Got a call from someone saying they were from HSBC fraud team, telling me I'd had 4 failed payments at Halfords online in the past 5 mins. They said I'd get a one-time passcode by text and asked me to read it out loud. They also wanted me to confirm my postcode. The passcode text i got was actually for authorising the Halfords payment!! I immediately cancelled my card and contacted HSBC who told me it was a scam and to always tell them I'll call back if I'm unsure. The number they used is real but it's being used for scam calls.

SCAM ALERT - They said they were from HSBC and the number looked like the international one on the back of my HSBC card.
