Got a call supposedly from 3 network but it felt like just another call centre trying to sound legit. They promise discounts and all, but these calls actually seem quite convincing. A couple of days back, I received similar calls and now I’ve found out my 3 account was hacked. They told me I was a fraud victim. Using the usual questions 3 asks, they managed to get access, change my info, add extra users, and even put a new iPhone contract under my name. Honestly, I’m gutted.
