Got a spam call again from some "heat loss" lot, this time a female voice recording saying she was Jane from their team. Oddly, the number and place looked different, claiming to be from Barnsley, Yorkshire. I hung up straight away once I heard the intro call.

I called that number and got nothing but silence, then some weird static before I just ended the call. Total waste of time, definitely felt suspicious. I've reported it through bt.com/scams just to be safe. It was on my BT landline on 26/05/25, the number was 01226105968.
