7 yearsI got a call from some insurance claim firm about a car accident I wasn’t involved in. I told the guy straight up I didn’t want any help and asked him to delete my info from their records. Instead of just sorting it, he snapped back at me, asking if I even understood English! I’m fairly certain my English is better than his given his strong accent. I calmly told him yes, I got it, but I still wanted my details wiped. Then he rudely said they wouldn’t remove me unless I gave them the full claim details and that I'd keep getting calls otherwise.
