I got a call from an AI voice saying it was Bird & Howes Chartered Surveyors, but the number wasn’t theirs. The voice knew my name and tried to check our business rates. It only replies with a few set answers when you talk to it. We used to get one call a day, now it’s more. I told it ‘stop calling us’ and it said ‘I understand your concern - I will take your number off our list’. Yet, the calls keep coming! It’s annoying, but at least the AI doesn’t get rude or anything!
