A representative from this number rang my dear aunt, who's a sprightly 93 and lives independently, and it really rattled her. When I popped round later in the day, she was still distraught over it, unable to shake off the agitation it created. Given her memory struggles, she truly lacks the ability to handle such calls. It's high time we considered a prohibition on these sorts of communications for anyone aged over 80. This is nothing short of taking advantage of our elderly and vulnerable citizens!
