I received a call on my home phone, but when I tried to answer, it went straight to voicemail and then the line cut off completely. Luckily, I decided to search for the number here, and now I've got it blocked!

Just received a call on my home phone that was swiftly dealt with by my BT Advanced Phone. Seems like robocallers can't stand a bit of call-blocking! Honestly, it's one of the most brilliant and sensible buys I've ever made.

I always avoid picking up calls that come through with no caller ID. There are just so many scams around these days!

I received a phone call from a woman who was trying to sell me boiler cover renewal. The thing is, I don’t have any boiler cover at all, and I have absolutely no plans to take any out, especially not through a dodgy phone call. When I informed her that I wasn’t interested, she just cut the line.

The caller introduced themselves using my name before inquiring about boiler maintenance. They abruptly hung up when I mentioned that my boiler had just been serviced. Quite strange!

The way she spoke in that refined accent was quite startling; she'd surely be aware enough not to prey on those who are more susceptible. Let’s just hope that none of her tactics ever affect her own family.

I answered the call and the individual on the other end uttered my name along with my address. When I inquired about the purpose of the call, she abruptly disconnected. She had a rather posh accent, and you'd think someone like that would have more sense than to target those who are vulnerable. Let’s just hope her own parents aren’t on the receiving end of such deceitful tactics.

I've received multiple calls from this number, which is rather concerning. As I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service and my number is ex-directory, I really shouldn't be getting these calls at all. I've chosen not to pick up, and judging by the reviews left by others, it seems like it's probably a scam.

I received a phone call around 10:50 this morning. There was complete silence on the other end, but I could definitely make out a chorus of chatter in the background. Just as someone seemed about to say something, I hung up. Quite irritating, really.

Had a rather annoying call from 01225 981213 today. They were going on about a boiler service that’s nowhere near due. We confirmed with our insurance provider, and they recommended not engaging with them if they try to ring again. Best just to hang up, it seems!

However, they then requested my bank details for confirmation. At that moment, I decided to end the call.
