Had a call earlier claiming some cash had been deducted from my account, purportedly linked to Amazon. Quite a worrying message, to say the least!

I received a call from 01225980788 on Friday, 16th February 2024, at 10:19 in the morning — just 11 minutes after another number claiming to be “from our bank” had reached out regarding some dubious transactions on our account. I didn’t pick up the second call, so I have no idea what it was regarding. It seems like a right dodgy situation today! Be vigilant, everyone!

Received a missed call from this number at approximately 10:00 AM. I've flagged it as suspicious and subsequently blocked it.

Echoing previous remarks... received an automated message claiming to be from Luke, our so-called local energy consultant, and honestly, what a busy chap he is! Sounds like nothing more than an energy scam to me... best to block this number right away!

Received a call earlier today, but I chose not to pick up since the number wasn’t familiar to me.

I received a call from 01225 980788 on my home telephone here in Glasgow on the 15th of February 2024 at 11:00 in the morning. They didn't bother to leave a voicemail. I chose not to pick up, as I often get bombarded by scam calls, and upon investigation, it appears this number might be linked to some sort of energy scam.

Gave it a go to answer, but as soon as I picked up, they just disconnected. A bit suspicious if you ask me. I’ve now added that number to my blocked list.

I received a garbled voicemail that seemed to be promoting an energy assessment of some sort. Unfortunately, the line was incredibly poor, so I couldn't make much sense of it. It’s quite apparent that this is a dodgy operation.

Sounds like a right con regarding loft insulation! I had a call from a chap using some sort of AI voice – proper dodgy if you ask me. Steer clear of these sorts, I say!
