I got a call from someone claiming to be from a firm named Gas Assist, selling boiler insurance. They quickly ran through what was included, confirmed my address, and said I’d get all the details in writing with no upfront costs. Then they rushed me to another person asking for my payment info. I kept saying I wanted the full details in writing before making any decision, but they kept pushing for my card details and then just ended the call. When I tried ringing back, the number was dead.

They didn't say a word, just dropped the line right after I picked up. Pretty sure it was one of those automated scam calls. No clue who it was.
