Got a call today from this number asking about issues with my BT broadband, which I don't even have. Told the bloke to take me off his list and warned I'd block him, but before I could finish, he just hung up. The caller had a really thick Indian accent. I found the number through 1472. It’s a landline in Bath, and when I tried ringing back on my private phone, weirdly it showed BT Call Guardian was active, meaning they can’t be phoned back. Watch out - definitely a scam!
