I have no clue who was calling, but when I picked up all I got was a dialling tone, yet the call timer kept going like it was an actual call. That seemed really dodgy to me. I’m treating this number as suspicious, maybe even a scam or some kind of fraud. Until I find out otherwise, I’m keeping it blocked just to be safe!

When I picked up, there was just a dialling tone, yet the timer was still ticking away. Strangely, there was no indication that anyone was actually on the other end. It all feels rather dodgy, so I've decided to block the number for the time being. The area code is from Bath.
