Fraud alert! I received a call from a woman with an East Asian twang. Didn't stick around to hear her pitch - I could tell it was dodgy from the get-go.

Felt a bit dodgy, to be honest. They pretended to be from Currys or PC World. Spoke with a strong Indian accent. It took me a moment to catch on to what was going on. Ended the call rather abruptly.

I encountered an individual with a South East Asian accent masquerading as a representative from PC World. I urged the person to pay close attention due to the supposedly poor connection (which was perfectly fine, mind you) and then unleashed a shockingly loud, ear-splitting scream. Well, at least he’s got one decent ear remaining!

I received a call that claimed to be from Curry's regarding a phone offer. It felt rather dodgy. When I inquired if it was about the return I'm still waiting on, the person said 'yes.' However, he quickly shifted the conversation back to trying to sell me a phone. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

I’m quite perturbed, as they’ve got hold of my name, address, and postcode. I made it clear that I was passing her on to the authorities, and she promptly ended the call. It’s high time action is taken against these calls, particularly for those who might be more at risk.

I could hear a call centre buzzing away in the background, and the audio quality was rather shoddy. A man with a heavy accent, possibly from China or Southeast Asia, inquired about my day. I found it all a bit too much and decided to hang up.
