For sure genuine. They called to change my appointment since someone at the office was unwell.

I got a voicemail from what sounded like a SpecSavers shop in Bath, so I’m guessing that’s where they're answering from. The lady who left the message was really pleasant and seemed genuine. I’ll ring them back to check for sure and I’ll update here again so folks know what’s going on. Honestly, I’m nearly certain this isn’t some dodgy scam.
