At precisely 2 o'clock this afternoon, my elderly mother, who happens to be 80 and resides in Dundee, received an identical message on her landline. Upon hearing them mention a "transaction of £600 dispatched overseas," she promptly ended the call. Clearly, she's picked up some savvy tricks along the way! It’s truly outrageous how these scammers operate. In her own words, "They’ll stop at nothing!!"
