A lady rang up saying she was from BT and that my phone line was gonna be cut off because it wasn't secure. She told me the IP address got hacked or something, and they needed to fix it to keep things safe.

Some bloke called Shawn with an accent rang me up asking if we were having any issues with our broadband. Totally felt like a con job to me.

Someone rang me saying they were part of Openreach's tech team but quickly ended the call once I mentioned I’d been advised to only speak to Openreach via my phone company. Pretty sure it was a dodgy scammer trying their luck.
