Reports on phone number 01225811103
2 yearsA guy with an Asian accent, called Michael, said he was from some Domestic Appliances company. He said I’d been charged too much and they were going to give me back £149. I knew straight away it was a con, but I was bored so I kept him chatting, asking things like what exactly I’d bought and when. He said a washing machine in 2015 but couldn’t say where I’d got it from. Then he claimed it was on a debit card, which made no sense. After a while, he admitted he’d got the wrong number and just hung up! Really sad some people might actually fall for it and hand over their bank info.Michael2 yearsA bloke called Adam rang me, claiming to be from BT. He told me my internet had been hacked and some hijackers were using my personal details. He asked to speak to my IT team but then just dropped the call. Quite suspicious if you ask me.AdamBT2 yearsJust got another call, sounded like a scam from some Indian call centre claiming to be Microsoft.
