Someone phoned me pretending to be from BT, saying there was suspicious activity on my internet and wanted me to install some software. I asked for a phone number to call back, but even after being passed around to a couple of different agents, no one would give it to me. So I just ended the call. Later, I used the 1471 service to find out the number they called from.
