A proper cheeky bloke called my work mobile about some sales stuff, no idea where he got the number from. I just hung up on him straight away.

Some bloke from India kept asking for my details, so I told him my name was Asif Patel. He got all annoyed and said that wasn’t a proper Muslim name or something. I spotted an old Indian takeaway menu lying about, so I just went with "Raj Duth!" and left it at that.

Got a call about comparing life insurance plans and they kept asking me for personal stuff like my birthdate. Felt a bit off, to be honest. Wouldn’t just give that info to anyone without checking first.

I've been receiving persistent calls from this number, with some chappy on the other end claiming that I owe him cash. He sounds Indian, which raises my suspicions about the legitimacy of it all-definitely feels like a scam to me.

He tends to get quite hostile and rude during our conversations. I strongly advise against sending him any money.

Today at about 2:30 in the afternoon, I got a call from this number. The bloke on the other end told me I owed loads of money and that I needed to pay some debt company. I told him I’m not in debt at all and I always sort my bills when they’re due. He said his name was John Harvey and kept going on about how I had some debts. Then, out of nowhere, he just hung up. Proper weird!

Got a call about my National Insurance, sounded fishy so I just blocked the number straight away. Seems like another scam to me.

Got a robo call saying my national insurance number’s been hacked and unless I ring back with my info, it’s gonna be cancelled and they’d arrest me. Felt really dodgy to me.
