It's rather uncommon for them to reach out to private individuals or households since their main revenue stream comes from businesses keen on advertising with them. I must also emphatically declare that they are an affable and professional organisation to engage with. This outfit isn’t some pesky telemarketing firm; it’s actually a publishing entity. If you let them know you don’t want any more calls, they promptly remove you from their list. I’ve personally utilised their services for promoting my business several times. A friend of mine, who’s currently strapped for cash and can’t afford advertising, requested to be placed on their ‘do not call’ registry, and they haven’t bothered him since. It seems to me that many of these complainants aren’t having a proper chat with their account manager, because if someone declines, they wouldn’t keep pestering them! That would be utterly pointless for everyone involved!
