Got a call from some guy who sounded like he was from India, saying I was due over £2,000 from people. He wanted my bank details to pay me directly. Told him to just send a cheque instead, and he hung up straight away. When I tried calling back, it just cut off automatically. Total scam, really irritating and feels a bit dodgy.

I picked up and they just hung up straight away without saying a word! Definitely a spam call.

Got a call from a man with a thick Indian accent claiming I was owed a benefits refund. He asked for my bank info straight away. They did know my name and postcode, which was pretty unsettling. I was annoyed cause I couldn't remember my own mobile number! Definitely feels like a scam to me.
